This is a worldwide public educational programme held annually on every 16th of October to educate the general public on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and give them the opportunity to practice it. This event is also held across 14 Regions of Ghana where St. John operates.
This annual Restart a Heart programme is an event held worldwide by all St. John organisations encouraging the use of pillows in the absence of mannequins.
